2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile wallets, and other available payment methods.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-4 business days across Pakistan.
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders.
We do not offer international shipping.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
In case of a defective or wrong item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

5. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color and design may occur.
The Kanzen Store is not responsible for any misunderstanding due to such variations.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties except for order processing and delivery.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or any unforeseen circumstances.
The Kanzen Store holds the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
