2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available for a defective or incorrect product.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Custom-made or hand-painted items.
- Change of mind or personal preference is not a valid reason for returns or refunds.
